Beyond the city, we work with some of the most extraordinary private venues in the region — historic masias, secluded estates, places that don't appear on any public list. Chosen not for their amenities, but for what they make possible.

We design the entire engagement from the ground up, starting well before anyone is in the room together. That means structured pre-work to understand where your organisation is and what this offsite needs to achieve, a fully facilitated programme built around real decisions and meaningful change, and a strategy to make sure that change can integrate when you’re back in the office.
We bring everything that matters. The only thing we can't bring is the view.
