Assess
Most offsite briefs arrive pre-solved. Someone has already decided what the problem is, what format it needs, and how long it should run. We push back on that before we do anything else. This conversation is diagnostic, not confirmatory.
Prime
The most common reason offsites fail has nothing to do with the offsite. It’s that the team arrives misaligned on what they’re actually there to do. We run a focused remote session beforehand to surface assumptions, close the gap, and design the conditions for the offsite to do its job.
During
Activate
