Beyond the city, we work with some of the most extraordinary private venues in the region — historic masias, secluded estates, places that don't appear on any public list. Chosen not for their amenities, but for what they make possible.

Designed for Change From the first conversation to the last day back in the office, every element is built around a single question: how do we design an offsite that catalyses the change your organization is already capable of.

  • Every session is designed from scratch around your specific context. No off-the-shelf frameworks, no recycled content.

  • We design and run the offsite entirely. You arrive as a participant, not an organiser.

  • Where it serves the work, we source and brief external voices — specialists, provocateurs, practitioners — who add depth without derailing the agenda.

  • We identify and recommend venues appropriate to the nature of the work and the experience you want your team to have.

  • Travel, accommodation, on-site coordination managed seamlessly so nothing distracts from the work.

  • The work is the centrepiece. What surrounds it should be equally considered – designed to create the conditions for connection, perspective, and the kind of conversations that don't happen in an office. We take care of that too.

  • Change is fragile in the days and weeks after an offsite. We work with you over 30, 60, and 90 days to tend the conditions that allow what emerged to take root in the organisation.
